A plastics recycler turned manufacturer, AZ Polymer produces high quality polymer sheeting for the airline and auto racing industries.  This project was for a new manufacturing, storage and national headquarters for this innovative company.

The program included manufacturing clean rooms within the warehouse area, storage bays for raw and finished materials, a grinding pit for scrap (to be recycled by the original company) and 6,500 square feet of office headquarters for the new company.
