The Loyola Academy needed to update their facilities and hired our team to demolish the existing under sized pool building and create a competitive pool and a new front face toward the community. The design effort included the pool and adjacent spaces being threaded into the existing campus. The design team ingeniously got the most out of the spaces created including a new building exit that doubled as an event space.
