It was important to the owner that this design studio reflect the youthful, creative personality of his team. In need of a larger office space, the owner set his eyes on a new luxury apartment building being built just across the street from his old studio. Unfortunately, the available space in the building was never intended to be occupied, having been earmarked for storage.

Adding water, waste, and power proved to be quite the obstacle, but our engineers rose to the challenge and brought these services to the office in a non-impactful way. The end product—an open office with elevator identity—inspires and fosters collaboration among the members of this tight-knight design team each and every day.
